To verify your account, navigate to Settings > Verification. You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License) and a proof of address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement) dated within the last 3 months. The verification process typically takes 1-24 hours.

For security reasons, users cannot change their email address directly from the profile settings. If you need to update your email, please contact our support team via Live Chat or email support@epichub.com with your request. You may be asked to answer security questions to verify ownership.

Click on the "Login" button at the top right corner and select "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires in 1 hour.

Withdrawal times vary depending on the payment method:

• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): Instant to 1 hour
• E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller): Up to 24 hours
• Bank Transfers/Cards: 1-3 business days

Our system is designed to protect players. If a game freezes or disconnects:

2. For live games/multiplayer: The round continues on the server. If you had a placed bet, the result will be processed automatically and any winnings will be credited to your account.
